Danang Petroleum Machinery Joint Stock Company (name: PVM DAESCO) (former name: Da Nang Equipments and Accessories Joint Stock Company), formerly Da Nang Equipment and Accessories Company,  The company is a member company of Machinery Corporation (MachinoImport) under the Ministry of Commerce before, was established in 1983, which is a specialized unit to receive and distribute automobiles, equipment construction machines, Spare parts and other materials for domestic use. In 2006, the company carried out equitization according to Decision No. 1728/2004 / QD-BTM dated November 25, 2004 and Decision No. 0957 / QD-BTM dated 15/4/2005 of the Minister of Trade.
